Charitable Giving Is Focus of Free Lecture

The Laguna Canyon Foundation will offer a free lecture on the economic benefits of charitable giving July 23 at the Hotel Laguna.

This is the second of a three-part estate planning seminar. Panelists include Peter Kote, an estate planner from Cal State Long Beach; Bob Ring, a retired businessman from Leisure World; and Michael Pinto, founder and president of the Laguna Canyon Foundation.

Speakers will answer questions and provide take-home materials.

The event starts at 8 a.m. in the Catalina Room at the hotel, 425 S. Coast Highway.
