Powerbox to Distribute Eos Supply Products

Eos Corp. in Camarillo, which makes AC/DC switching power supplies, has signed a distribution agreement with Powerbox International AB of Gnesta, Sweden, to accelerate introduction of Eos power supplies to electronic-equipment manufacturers worldwide.

Powerbox, a reseller and distributor of power supplies, will sell Eos products to its original-equipment-manufacturer customers. Powerbox has 15 marketing, sales and service offices around the world.

Eos power supplies are designed for use in data-networking, telecommunications, medical, industrial and other electronics equipment.

“Joining forces with Powerbox will allow us to rapidly accelerate introduction of our products to the marketplace,” said Eos Executive Vice President Jim Schultz. “This alliance will help us double our sales this year.”
