NuOasis Resorts Inc.: The Newport Beach gaming and hotel management company lost $1.6 million, or 3 cents a share, in the fiscal third quarter ended March 31, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or 3 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Revenue rose slightly to $349,362 from $348,591. For the first nine months of the fiscal year, NuOasis lost $3.4 million, or 7 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $7.1 million, or 15 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue declined 25%, to $797,931, from $1.1 million.
