ChromaVision Medical Systems Inc.: The San Juan Capistrano cellular-imaging diagnostics company reported a net loss of $2.1 million, or 12 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $2 million, or 18 cents a share, for the 1997 second quarter. The first-half net loss totaled $4 million, or 23 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $3.4 million, or 31 cents a share, for the like period last year. No revenue was reported.
