Pimento-stuffed green olives were once so firmly associated with martinis that they were sold as “cocktail olives.” Then the martini went out of fashion for a while and everybody discovered ultra-black Greek olives. Now that the martini is back, we can rediscover the cocktail pick for maneuvering our green olives. This model cleverly incorporates the olive shape.
