Moorpark and SOAR
The Save Open Space and Agricultural Resources proponents are out in force (to my great joy). Even if one is opposed to the issue, it will be ridiculous if the Moorpark City Council fails to let the public vote in November and instead costs the city the expense of a special election afterward.
