School’s JROTC Unit Receives Army Honor

The Army has designated the Fullerton Union High School Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps as an Honor Unit with Distinction. After a command inspection, the JROTC student Battalion Commander Cadet Daniel Swenson and his staff--Cadet Majs. Angela Taylor, Jamie Anderson and Bryan Lacy and Cadet 1st Lt. Robert Wisser--received perfect scores for briefings.

The Battalion Color Guard also earned perfect scores. The JROTC program teaches military history, principles of democratic citizenship and leadership skills.
