Update--The Vigilantes’ early-season woes were alleviated a bit Sunday night when Willie Mosher hit a two-run home run in the ninth inning for an 8-7 victory over Chico. First baseman Alan Burke is hitting .394 with three home runs and 12 RBIs through nine games. Reno lost to Chico in the league championship series last season.
