* Santa Clara-based Bay Networks Inc. agreed to buy closely held Netwave Technologies Inc. for $10 million to acquire wireless technology that lets workers connect to corporate computer networks without phone lines. Bay didn’t specify whether it would use cash or stock to pay for the purchase.
