Bomb Kills 2, Injures 2 in Tehran

A briefcase bomb exploded inside a government building in the capital, police said. At least two people died and two were injured. An Iranian opposition group in exile claimed responsibility in a statement faxed from Iraq to Associated Press in Cairo. But Iranian news reports said the explosion was an accident.
