Zurich Payroll Forms Division in Santa Ana

Zurich Payroll Solutions Ltd. said it formed a division based in Santa Ana to provide expanded tax filing services.
The division, Zurich Tax Filing Solutions, comprises the tax filing departments from its PayUSA and Dataccount units. Zurich Payroll, which is based in Princeton, N.J., acquired Dataccount Corp. in March for $23 million.
Zurich said the new division will provide such services as tax reporting in all 50 states, automated tax filing, automated wage reporting and automated W2 reporting.
