2 Join Odetics Board

Odetics Inc. said Monday it has added two more directors, boosting the size of its board to 10.

The Anaheim company named John Seazholtz, who recently retired as the chief technology officer for Bell Atlantic, and Gregory Minor, vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Odetics.

The board will drop to nine members at the next shareholder meeting, when private investor Stan Molasky retires after serving 20 years as an Odetics director, the company said.

Odetics supplies communications equipment for the television broadcast, video security, telecommunications and intelligent transportation systems markets.
