* In an attempt to keep the government’s antitrust suit against Microsoft Corp. from bogging down, a federal judge is limiting the number of witnesses who can testify in the trial this fall. U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson in Washington set a limit of six to 12 witnesses for each side during a routine hearing Tuesday.
