* Closely held Ergonome Inc. sued Compaq Computer Corp. for allegedly copying portions of a handbook about ergonomically safe techniques for using computer keyboards. Ergonome seeks $10 billion in its copyright-infringement suit over its book “Preventing Computer Injury: The HAND Book.” The suit was filed in federal court in New York.
