Bax Global’s India Unit Adds Company

Bax Global’s unit in India acquired Overseas Cargo Services India Pvt. Ltd., a customs clearance company based in Dehli, India. Terms weren’t disclosed. Bax said Overseas Services specializes in helping customers in the telecommunications and electronic sectors. Irvine-based Bax Global provides cargo management services.
