NeoTherapeutics Adds Four to Executive Board

NeoTherapeutics Inc. said it has named four new directors, boosting the board’s size to nine from five.
The Irvine biotechnology company said Eric L. Nelson, a member of the company’s scientific advisory board; Stephen Runnels, executive vice president of the company; and Samuel Gulko, chief financial officer of the company, were elected to two-year terms.
Joseph Rubinfeld, chief executive of SuperGen Inc., was elected to a one-year term on the board.
