Jones Confidentiality Order Is Debated

From Times Wire Reports

President Clinton, Paula Corbin Jones and the media presented starkly different views about when a judge should lift a confidentiality order in Jones’ sexual harassment suit against the president. The media say now, the president says never and Jones says sometime after a trial--or when it’s certain there won’t be one. U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright in Little Rock dismissed Jones’ suit April 1, but that ruling has been appealed. After the judge ordered the case dismissed, the appeals court told her to reconsider the confidentiality order, which closed files related to the case and imposed a gag order on parties involved.
