A U.S. diplomatic mission will tell Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic this week that he must meet international demands to ease the crisis in Kosovo. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright said Milosevic will be told to withdraw his forces from the province, which is dominated by ethnic Albanians. The Contact Group--made up of the U.S. and five European nations--has also called for free access to Kosovo for international monitors, the right of refugees to return and rapid progress in talks with the Albanians.
