Pacific Sports Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Pacific Sports Holdings Inc. in Westlake Village has appointed Robert W. Moses as chief financial officer, a new position, and retained the services of Mark Feig as marketing and design consultant for a new line of footwear and apparel for the company’s Spank Sport line.

Before joining Pacific Sports Holdings, Moses was vice president of finance for Opto Power Corp., a firm he co-founded in 1992. Before that he was a financial consultant to management for clients in diverse industries, including Guess Inc., Baker & McKenzie, Southwest Pacific Investment Co. and Cruttenden & Co.

Feig has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operational experience, including some with Nike and Guess Athletic.

Pacific Sports Holdings is in the active apparel and sports equipment business and operates via three subsidiaries: Mardock Inc., SouthBay Golf Inc., and Outback Apparel Group Inc.
