Stockholders' Meeting Set for DDL Electronics

DDL Electronics Inc. will hold its annual stockholders' meeting at 8 a.m. Monday at its Newbury Park headquarters, 2151 Anchor Court.

Proxy materials have been distributed to stockholders who owned their shares on May 26.

At the meeting, stockholders will be asked to approve DDL's proposed acquisition of Jolt Technology Inc., an electronics manufacturing services provider in Florida valued at about $6 million. Stockholders are also being asked to approve an increase in DDL's authorized common stock from 50 million shares to 75 million shares, and to elect two nominees to the company's board of directors.

Stockholders planning to attend the annual meeting are asked to RSVP by calling DDL toll-free at (877) 376-2595.

DDL Electronics provides design and electronic manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers in the instrumentation, communications, computer, medical and aerospace industries.
