Public Defenders and Judges
It would seem that the public defender’s office of Ventura County has launched a vendetta against Ventura County judges.
They claim that any judge who did not endorse Gary Windom, a member of the public defender’s office, cannot preside over any trial with a public defender.
Does that mean that if Mr. Windom is elected, he cannot preside over any trial that has a district attorney?
