Reno Gets 4 Runs in Eighth to Finish Sweep of Vigilantes

Reno completed a three-game sweep of the host Vigilantes with a 7-2 victory Thursday at Saddleback College.

Raul Rodarte, the former Santa Ana College standout, who drove in seven runs Wednesday, added two more Thursday with a two-run double to cap a four-run eighth that gave Reno a 7-2 lead.

Tracy Edmondson had a double and later scored on a sacrifice fly by Brian Grebeck in the third and Tim McDonnell added a home run in the fifth for the Vigilantes (14-17).
