Seychelle Acquisition

Seychelle Environmental Technologies Inc. said it has completed the acquisition of Seychelle Water Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed amount of stock. Seychelle Environmental, which makes water filtration and sanitation products, also said it completed a 1-for-5 reverse stock split prior to the acquisition.
