ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

NuOasis Resorts Inc.: The Newport Beach food manufacturing and hotel management company reported a net loss of $7.3 million, or 16 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended June 30, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $8.7 million, or 20 cents a share. Revenue totaled $1.3 million, down from the $12.7 million recorded for the same period last year. The company said it sold its interest in two Macao casinos and the Peony Garden real estate development in Beijing at the beginning of the current fiscal year.
