NuOasis Reports Loss for Quarter

Leisure and entertainment holding company NuOasis Resorts Inc., formerly Nona Morelli’s II Inc., reported a net loss of $441,158, or 1 cent a share, for the first fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30. That compares with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 3 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue declined 29% to $251,049 from $351,371.
