* Lockheed Martin Corp. of Palmdale won a $4.2-million contract from the NASA/Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base for ER-2 aircraft maintenance and engineering support.

* Networks Electronic Corp. of Chatsworth won a $481,250 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for engines, turbines and components.
