Call Hotline for Coping Tips

The American Occupational Therapy Assn. is sponsoring a toll-free call-in April 6 from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Professionals from the 60,000-member group will be available to discuss practical advice for dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, brain injury, depression and other health problems. They also will offer information on issues such as managing daily life while caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s disease.

The number is (800) 668-8255. During the rest of the year, the same toll-free number is available 24 hours a day for those requesting printed information on a range of topics.
