Sex Charges Filed Against School Employee
A middle school maintenance employee has been charged with sexual battery, indecent exposure and two counts of annoying or molesting a minor, authorities said Friday.
Scott F. Bass, 31, of Pasadena, turned himself in to West Covina police Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest, authorities said. He is accused of exposing himself to a 14-year-old female student and touching another teenage girl, police said.
Bass was released on unspecified bail and is scheduled to be arraigned June 16 in Citrus Municipal Court.
