Edison Capital Names Finance VP

* Phillip B. Dandridge has joined Edison Capital in Irvine as vice president of finance. He had been with McDonnell Douglas Corp. for 18 years, most recently as treasurer of the $2.8-billion Boeing Capital Corp., formerly McDonnell Douglas Finance Corp. In that position, Dandridge was responsible for all capital market activities.

* Ted M. Moore has been named regional vice president of Lenders Advantage, part of First American Title Insurance Co. in Santa Ana. Moore, who joined the company in 1986, was most recently regional vice Larry Buster

president-Orange County manager. Succeeding him in that position is Larry Buster, who had been vice president-county manager for Riverside operations.

* Benjamin Chou has been appointed director of Kingston Technology’s Internet Enterprise Group in Fountain Valley. Before joining Kingston in 1995, he was with Hewlett-Packard and Convergent Technology.

* Stephen R. Kroll has been named vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer for CardioVascular Dynamics Inc. in Irvine. He succeeds Dana Nickell, who resigned to pursue other business interests. Kroll has more than 25 years of financial experience in financial and administrative positions in both public and private organizations.

* William M. Davenport has joined Kettley Publishing in Newport Beach in the newly created position of marketing director. He had been an investment consultant and client account manager at Fundsource Advisors in La Jolla.

* Kathy Koepnick has been appointed director of client services for Hawkins Advertising in Newport Beach. Most recently, she was advertising manager with TWA, and before that worked with local cooperative advertising groups in Houston, Dallas, Grand Rapids, Mich., and St. Louis as account director for McDonald’s.

* Wayne “Bill” Suojanen has joined the Irvine law firm of Kasdan, Simonds, McIntyre, Epstein & Martin. He was formerly a partner with the Philadelphia law firm of Hoyle, Morris & Kerr.

* Michael Buskey has been named vice president of marketing and sales for Hansol Multitech Inc. in La Palma, the U.S. unit of Hansol Electronics, a manufacturer of digital communications equipment and computer peripherals with headquarters in South Korea. He succeeds Kirby Lindsey, who moves to a new advisory position reporting directly to South Korea. Before joining Hansol, Buskey was vice president of marketing and sales for AMS Tech, a manufacturer of notebook computers.

* Greg S. Arbues has joined the accountancy firm of Corbin & Wertz in Irvine as director of marketing and sales. He was formerly a vice president with Western Financial Bank. Arbues has also been a vice president with Wells Fargo Bank and First Interstate Bank.

* Michael A. Nash has been appointed manager of corporate communications for Apria Healthcare Group Inc. in Costa Mesa. He previously spent 13 years in communications positions with several health care organizations, including five years at Friendly Hills Healthcare Network.

* Scott C. Burack has been named director in the Newport Beach accounting firm of Squar, Milner & Reehl Inc. He has been with the firm for five years and practices in the areas of income, estate and gift tax, and bankruptcy taxation.

* Bill Albert has been appointed senior vice president of Regis Contractors LP in Irvine. He will oversee all operations in the San Diego area. Albert, who has been with the company since 1995, had been vice president of residential construction.

* Kirk D. Roller has joined Emulex Corp. in Costa Mesa as vice president of sales. He succeeds Mike Peitler, who is retiring. Roller was formerly director and general manager of the NIC business unit for Compaq Computer Corp.

* James H. Beckstead is the new Western regional sales manager for Survivair, a Santa Ana manufacturer of firefighting and industrial respiratory protection equipment. He will assume sales responsibility in 26 states.

* Bill Huser has been named regional vice president of operations for HomeBase Inc. in Irvine. Huser will be responsible for managing five districts encompassing Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington, operational and merchandise issues and developing district managers. Huser was most recently district manager overseeing Nevada and Arizona. He succeeds Rick Campagna, who was transferred to be regional vice president of operations for the Southern California area.

* Stephanie Brown has been appointed branch manager of PRG in Costa Mesa, formerly Pacific Resource Group, a company that specializes in personnel for the insurance industry. She was previously account executive.

* Greg Wolff has joined IPNet Solutions Inc. in Newport Beach as director of sales. He previously spent five years with Harbinger Corp. in a direct sales position.

* Alice Sorenson has been named managing director of loan administration for Master Financial Inc., an Orange-based mortgage banking company. She had been senior vice president of finance and asset management at Ameriquest Mortgage Co.

* Armando Sepulveda has been appointed vice president of office document products for Western customer operations at Xerox Corp. He will be based in Santa Ana. For the past two years, he was manager of sales operations at Xerox of Orange County, which covers Las Vegas, Orange County and San Diego.

* Donald C. Trauscht has been elected to the board of directors of Orange-based Wynn’s International Inc., filling a vacancy. He is the former chairman and chief executive of Borg Warner Corp.

* Robert Engen and Daniel Kruse have joined the board of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Orange. Both brokers joined the company in 1988.

* Michael A. Boylan has been named executive vice president and chief development officer for Insight Health Services Corp. in Newport Beach. He is responsible for spearheading InSight’s acquisition and new business initiatives. Boylan had been senior vice president of the Eastern region since InSight was formed as a result of the merger of American Health Services Corp. and Maxum Health Corp. in June 1996.

* Richard J. Radcliffe has joined the Irvine law firm of Wood, Bohm & Francis in Irvine. He will practice in the areas of business litigation and medical products liability. Radcliffe was formerly with the office of the general counsel of Ernst & Young.

* Brian Betz has been appointed to the newly created position of manager of product and technical information for Mazda North American Operations in Irvine. He will serve as a liaison between public affairs and the company’s product marketing and planning groups, as well as public relations in Japan. He was previously a senior instructional designer for the company’s technical training department.
