MotorVac Technologies: The Santa Ana maker of engine care products posted net income of $63,930, or 1 cent a share. That compared with net income of $143,803, or 3 cents a share, for the first quarter of 1997, which included a one-time gain of $103,000 from settling a lawsuit. Sales increased 55% to $3.1 million from $2 million.
