Admor Memory Shuffles Top Executives

Admor Memory Corp. it has shuffled its executive team in the wake of Everett Fuller’s resignation as chairman.

Michael Rapp, president and chief executive, will move up to chairman. He remains chief executive of the Irvine-based maker of computer memory upgrade products.

Van M. Andrews was named president. He was vice president and general manager of Toshiba America Inc.’s computer systems division. The company also named Mark A. Voorhis chief financial officer. Voorhis, who was controller, replaces John Onder, who will focus on his other duties as chief operating officer.

The position of John DiFrenna, senior vice president of business development, was expanded to include marketing communications and product marketing.

Fuller remains on the board of directors.
