ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana maker of specialty lighting and related products reported net income of $66,753, or 1 cent a share, for the second fiscal quarter, down 57% from $153,639, or 4 cents a share, a year ago. Sales for the three months ended March 31 declined 4% to $2.5 million from $2.6 million. First-half net income fell 32% to $151,828, or 3 cents a share, from $224,191, or 5 cents a share, a year ago. Sales rose 13% to $5.1 million from $4.5 million.
