Javelin Inc. Expanding Worldwide

Javelin Systems Inc. said it has formed international units in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia to develop business opportunities. The units will also provide centralized hubs of technical consultation, training and other services.

Irvine-based Javelin, which makes and sells touch screen computers, said it has acquired Aspact IT Services Pte. Ltd., Singapore, for cash and stock. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Aspact, with annual revenues of $1 million, provides information technology consulting services.
