Bike Ride to Send Boy Scouts to Camp
Newbury Park Boy Scout Troop 753 will host the first Conejo Spin-N-Grin Fun Bike Ride next month to raise money to send Scouts to summer camp.
Participants in the June 6 event can chose a 25- or 50-mile scenic route through the Conejo Valley that will accommodate different levels of bike riders, said Scoutmaster Joseph “Kim” Bonds.
The cost is $17 per rider and the entrance fee includes an event T-shirt, map, food and water along the routes.
