Travelers with disabilities now have a Web site where they can view city-by-city information on accessible transportation. The site, at https://www.projectaction.org, lists about 1,400 public transit companies, taxis, private bus and tour companies and travel agencies catering to the disabled. It was created by the nonprofit National Easter Seals organization and funded through the Federal Transit Administration. . . . Despite being shunned by its biggest potential market, the United States, tourism in Cuba is booming thanks to budget-hunting Europeans. According to the Caribbean Tourism Organization, Cuba reported a 15% increase in non-cruise tourists in 1997--a total of 1.15 million. . . . “Northern Comfort: New England’s Early Quilts 1780-1850,” at Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge, Mass., displays more than 40 quilts from the historic museum’s collection. They are rarely shown because light damages the fragile material. The exhibit runs through Jan. 3, 1999. Information: (800) 733-1830.
