Nadadores’ Sorgi Sets Diving Mark

Erica Sorgi of the Mission Viejo Nadadores set an age-group diving record Sunday in the three-meter springboard event on the second day of the Southern California Invitational at the Mission Viejo Aquatics Center.

Sorgi scored 500.45 points in the girls’ 16-18 age group to break Anne Barnette’s record, which was set more than 10 years earlier.
