Vitesse Announces Resignation From Board

Vitesse Semiconductor in Camarillo announced that T.J. Rodgers, president and chief executive officer of Cypress Semiconductor Corp., has resigned from the Vitesse board of directors.

Rodgers, who served on the Vitesse board for more than 10 years, cited time constraints that prevented him from remaining actively involved with Vitesse.

Vitesse designs and manufactures digital gallium arsenide integrated circuits for telecommunications, data communications and automated test equipment systems providers.
