Digital Picks DecisionOne for Customer Support

Digital Insight in Camarillo has selected DecisionOne to provide technical support to customers using Digital Insight’s AXIS Home Banking System.

DecisionOne will provide help-desk service and support for people who subscribe to online services with their financial institution and use Digital Insight’s Web-based service to obtain real-time account access via the Internet.

With AXIS, customers can view personal account information, pay bills electronically and transfer funds between accounts any time of day. DecisionOne will provide over-the-telephone technical support to AXIS users from its network of call centers across North America.

“We selected DecisionOne not only because they are a leader in the technical support industry, but because they have a demonstrated . . . competency in Internet connectivity support and in the home-banking marketplace,” said Todd Brinkmeier, vice president of business development for Digital Insight.

Besides Internet home banking services, Digital Insight provides Web site creation, maintenance and server hosting facilities for more than 290 financial institutions in the United States.
