ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Procom Technology Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of computer storage products said net income for the third fiscal quarter declined 45% to $1.2 million, or 11 cents a share, from $2.2 million, or 19 cents a share, for the like period a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended April 30 increased 1% to $28.5 million from $28.1 million.

Nine-month net income dropped 15% to $5.3 million, or 47 cents a share, from $6.2 million, or 61 cents a share, for the first three quarters of the prior fiscal year. Revenue advanced 5% to $83.3 million from $79.6 million.
