New Section, New Home for Gardening and Remodeling

Southern California Living, a new six-day-a-week feature section, debuts today in The Times.

On Thursday, SoCal Living will focus on the Southland home and garden, and the remodeling, home improvement and gardening articles that appeared in Real Estate will move to SoCal Living’s Home section.

So this Thursday, check SoCal Living for Garden Editor Robert Smaus’ stories and advice and a “Pardon Our Dust” remodeling article by Kathy Price-Robinson.

“Living With Wildlife” by Andrea Kitay, “The Sensible Home” by James Dulley and other home improvement stories will also shift to Thursday SoCal Living.

The Real Estate section will cover news and trends in the Southland housing market and continue to offer reliable consumer advice on buying, selling and financing single-family homes and condos in Southern California. Community profiles and issues of importance to renters also will be covered.
