Kinko’s Adds 55,000 Square Feet to Office Space

Kinko’s is increasing the size of its offices in the Ventura Professional Center.

With the additional office space, Kinko’s will occupy more than 55,000 square feet at 5700 Ralston St. in Ventura. The three-building complex is being renovated as Kinko’s expands.

Capital Commercial/NAI represented Kinko’s and the center’s owner, Security National Properties, in the long-term lease valued at nearly $5 million.

The Capital Commercial team has completed a number of transactions to meet Kinko’s administrative needs in Ventura and Oxnard, dating back to the 1988 acquisition of the company’s headquarters on Stanley Avenue in Ventura. Kinko’s employs nearly 1,200 workers in office buildings in the region.
