A plan to build senior citizen housing on city-owned land on Walker Street will be the topic of a City Council study session Tuesday night. The city is considering building 60 units of affordable senior housing on the property, just south of Orangethorpe Avenue. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at 7821 Walker St., across from City Hall.
