Javelin Completes Buys

Irvine-based Javelin Systems Inc. said it has completed its previously announced acquisitions of two England-based providers of wide-area network products and services.

RGB Trinet Ltd. and Jade Communications Ltd. were purchased for $1.2 million in cash and an additional 243,125 shares of Javelin’s common stock. At Monday’s closing price of $8.75, the total price of the two firms comes to $3.4 million.
