Microsoft asked the federal judge in its antitrust trial to strike from the court record accusations by an Apple executive that the software giant intentionally “sabotaged” the computer maker’s QuickTime multimedia software. In a court filing, Microsoft called the accusations by Avadis Tevanian “worthless slander” because the Apple senior vice president was unable to provide evidence of the alleged sabotage.
