The city and the Tustin Old Town Assn. are teaming up again to bring residents the 14th annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 4. Entertainment for the event, scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m., will include the North Pole Express band, a four-piece quartet from Southern California Entertainment, and the Foothill High School Dickens carolers and Madrigal singers. To top it off, Santa Claus will arrive at 7 p.m. and sleigh rides will be given along El Camino Real. Information: (714) 573-3333.
