InSight Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach provider of diagnostic imaging, treatment and related management services reported that net income for the first quarter of fiscal 1999 rose 55% to $1.7 million, or 18 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or 20 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue for the period ended Sept. 30 increased 37% to $37.9 million from $27.7 million.
