Building Starts on Marriott Senior Facility
Construction has begun on a new senior assisted-living facility in Yorba Linda.
Marriott International’s Brighton Gardens of Yorba Linda will comprise two buildings totaling 89,900 square feet. The complex, at 5000 Imperial Highway, will feature 71,400 square feet for assisted living with an attached 18,500-square-foot skilled nursing facility. The estimated cost of the development is $10 million.
Brighton Gardens developments are a chain of assisted living facilities.
Koll Construction of Newport Beach is building the complex, and architects HMC Group, based in Ontario, designed the project. It is expected to be completed by mid-summer 1999.
