RemedyTemp’s Net Income Rises 30% to Record Levels

RemedyTemp Inc., an Aliso Viejo-based temporary personnel company, reported record results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Sept. 27. Net income for the fourth quarter rose 30% to $3.9 million, or 42 cents a share, from $3 million, or 33 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Revenue increased 17% to $117.2 million from $99.9 million. Net income for the year was $13.9 million, or $1.50 a share, 36% higher than the $10.2 million, or $1.13 a share, recorded for the prior year. Revenue grew 25% to $451.3 million from $360.3 million.
