STM Wireless in $8-Million China Deal

STM Wireless Inc. said it agreed to deliver 1,400 terminals to China’s Golden Health Medical Co. Ltd. to expand a satellite-based medical network previously provided by STM. The contract is valued at about $8 million. The Golden Health Medical Network provides services to more than 20 provinces in China and links many of the country’s top hospitals, including the Beijing and Shanghai universities’ medical facilities, STM said.
