The City Council is accepting applications for a vacant position on the Non-Conforming Use Hearing Board. The board meets monthly or bimonthly. Volunteers should be willing to learn about the city’s nonconforming uses, structures and signs. Application forms are available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at the planning division, 5275 Orange Ave. The deadline is 5 p.m. Dec. 15.
